Maurice Hirtle's house and wharf on Bushen Island
Covey Island is home to the old Covey Island Boatworks building (below). The company has since moved to Petite Riviere on the mainland, but their original building still stands today. Two families used to live on the Island.
Also Known As: Outer Hirtle Island
Historically, Hirtle Island was home to many Hirtles. Four families once lived there.
